Coburg Hills Scenario

Participant Guide to the scenario

Check in (ENGB 4) (FF1 5)​

  • As these are NWCG certifications, all personnel should understand the standard check in process.  ALL personnel will "Check In" virtually via the incident webpage:   Check-in-demob

    • You should receive a Resource Order via e-mail which will help compete the check in form

    • If you are participating as part of an Engine Crew, the Engine Boss will click on Equipment and fill out for the whole crew.  

    • If you are participating as Overhead, click Personnel

  • In addition to the standard check in process, FD resources assigned to an OSFM Task Force will need to ALSO complete the OSFM Resource Manifest 

  • If you are working on a Task Book, click on the "Training" tab and complete the "Trainee Data Form"

    • On the bottom of the Training page, there are links for common Task Books, Task Book guides & generic Performance Evaluations

  • Part of the Check In process is timekeeping.  ALL resources will complete and submit an ODF Shift Ticket for "travel time" and mileage

    • Digital version of the ODF Shift Ticket can be found on the "Finance" tab of the incident website.  There is also a video that explains how to fill out the form.  This can be printed and submitted in person, or completed digitally and e-mailed to brent.a.peterson@oregon.gov

    • ALL resources will also need to complete an ODF Shift Ticket for their shift and submit at DEMOB
