As these are NWCG certifications, all personnel should understand the standard check in process. ALL personnel will "Check In" virtually via the incident webpage: Check-in-demob
-
You should receive a Resource Order via e-mail which will help compete the check in form
-
If you are participating as part of an Engine Crew, the Engine Boss will click on Equipment and fill out for the whole crew.
-
If you are participating as Overhead, click Personnel
-
-
In addition to the standard check in process, FD resources assigned to an OSFM Task Force will need to ALSO complete the OSFM Resource Manifest
-
If you are working on a Task Book, click on the "Training" tab and complete the "Trainee Data Form"
-
On the bottom of the Training page, there are links for common Task Books, Task Book guides & generic Performance Evaluations

-
Part of the Check In process is timekeeping. ALL resources will complete and submit an ODF Shift Ticket for "travel time" and mileage
-
Digital version of the ODF Shift Ticket can be found on the "Finance" tab of the incident website. There is also a video that explains how to fill out the form. This can be printed and submitted in person, or completed digitally and e-mailed to brent.a.peterson@oregon.gov
